Last updated: 7 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the True Nature Insight website and to the purchase and use of courses, digital content, retreats, events, programmes and other services provided by True Nature Insight Ltd.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking.
1. About us
True Nature Insight Ltd ("TNI", "we", "us" or "our") is a company registered in the United Kingdom.
Company name: True Nature Insight Ltd
Company number: 17090096
Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF
Email: connect@truenatureinsight.com
Website: www.truenatureinsight.com
These Terms form a contract between you and True Nature Insight Ltd when you purchase a product or service from us.
2. What we provide
True Nature Insight provides educational and personal-development material and experiences, which may include:
- online courses and programmes;
- videos, audio recordings, talks and other digital content;
- guided reflections and meditations;
- workshops and events;
- retreats;
- group sessions and other educational activities; and
- other related services that we may introduce from time to time.
The particular content, duration, format and level of access for each product or service will be described on the relevant page of our website at the time of purchase.
3. Educational purpose
TNI's courses, content, programmes and activities are intended for education, reflection and personal development.
They are not intended to provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, financial or other regulated professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Nothing provided by TNI should be treated as a substitute for advice or treatment from an appropriately qualified professional.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should seek appropriate professional advice.
You remain responsible for deciding whether participation in any TNI course, activity, exercise, retreat or programme is appropriate for you.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
People may experience TNI material in different ways.
While we aim to provide useful, thoughtful and high-quality programmes and experiences, we do not guarantee that participation will produce a particular personal, emotional, professional, health or financial result.
Any testimonials, examples or personal experiences appearing on our website are individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise that you will achieve the same result.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or services unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
6. Prices and payment
The price payable is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Where applicable, prices will state whether VAT and any other relevant taxes are included.
Any additional charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase via our payment processor, Stripe, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered for a specific Product.
If payment is declined, cancelled, reversed or otherwise unsuccessful, we may suspend or withhold access until payment has been received.
7. Formation of the contract
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
A contract between you and TNI is formed when we send you confirmation that your order or booking has been accepted.
If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment you have made.
8. Online courses and digital content
When you purchase an online course or other digital product, we will provide the access described on the relevant sales page.
Access may be provided through TNI's website or through a third-party platform used by us to deliver the material.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the material for your own private purposes.
You must not:
- share your account or login details with another person;
- allow another person to access paid content using your account;
- copy or reproduce substantial parts of our material;
- sell, licence, distribute or commercially exploit our material;
- publish our paid content publicly;
- record or redistribute sessions where recording is prohibited; or
- remove copyright, trade mark or other ownership notices.
Access details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. It's your responsibility to provide an accurate email address and to check your spam/junk folder.
9. Access periods
The period during which you may access a course or digital product will be stated on the relevant product page where an access limit applies.
If a product is described as providing lifetime access, "lifetime" means for as long as TNI continues to operate and is reasonably able to make that particular product available. It does not create an obligation for us to operate a particular website, platform or course indefinitely.
Where reasonably necessary, we may move content from one technology platform to another.
We will take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessarily disrupting your access.
10. Updates to courses and content
We may occasionally update, improve or replace elements of our courses and digital content.
This may include changes to presentation, supporting materials, technology or individual lessons.
We will not make changes that materially reduce the overall product you purchased without a legitimate reason.
11. Your right to cancel online purchases
UK consumer law gives consumers certain cancellation rights when contracts are entered into online or at a distance.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content. However, this right is lost once you begin accessing or downloading the content, unless we agree otherwise.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 14-day refund window on course purchases, provided:
- the request is made within 14 days of purchase, and
- you have not substantially accessed or downloaded the course materials.
To request a refund, email refunds@truenatureinsight.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests made outside this window, or where materials have been substantially accessed, at our discretion.
This section does not apply to Personal Retreat deposits — see Section 16, 17, 18 & 19.
12. Digital content supplied immediately
Different rules apply where digital content is supplied to you immediately.
If you ask us to provide access to paid digital content during the 14-day cancellation period, we may ask you during checkout to:
- expressly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately; and
- acknowledge that once supply of the digital content begins, you will lose your statutory right to cancel that digital-content purchase.
Where you give that consent and acknowledgement and we begin supplying the digital content, the statutory cooling-off right for that digital content will end.
This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights.
13. Services beginning during the cancellation period
Some TNI products may contain a service element in addition to digital content.
If you ask us to begin providing a service during a statutory cancellation period, we may ask for your express request to begin early.
If you subsequently exercise a statutory right to cancel, you may be required to pay a reasonable and proportionate amount for services already supplied, where permitted by law.
If the service has been completely performed during the cancellation period following the required request and acknowledgements from you, your statutory cancellation right may cease.
14. Faulty digital content and services
Your statutory consumer rights remain in place regardless of anything contained in these Terms.
Digital content must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, including requirements relating to quality, fitness for purpose and description.
Services must also be provided with reasonable care and skill and must correspond with information we have made binding as part of the contract.
Where your statutory rights are not met, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction or refund, depending upon the circumstances.
15. Retreats and events
Expressions of interest in a TNI Personal Retreat require a £20 refundable deposit, used to gauge genuine interest ahead of confirming venue and dates.
This deposit is refundable in full if:
- we are unable to offer a retreat date that works for you, or
- you withdraw your interest before a retreat is formally confirmed and booked.
Once a retreat place is formally booked and paid for, cancellation terms will be set out separately in the booking confirmation for that retreat.
Additional conditions may apply to an individual retreat or event.
These may include information concerning:
- dates and location;
- accommodation;
- meals;
- activities;
- travel arrangements;
- arrival and departure times;
- what is and is not included;
- accessibility;
- participant requirements;
- deposits;
- payment schedules; and
- cancellation arrangements.
Any specific terms provided when you book a retreat or event form part of your contract with us.
If there is a conflict between these general Terms and specific written terms supplied for a particular retreat or event, the specific retreat or event terms will apply to that booking.
16. Retreat cancellation by you
Retreats and events involve us committing money to venues, accommodation, suppliers and other arrangements in advance.
The cancellation terms applicable to a particular retreat will therefore be shown clearly before you book.
Where a cancellation charge or retained deposit applies, it will be intended to reflect costs and losses reasonably incurred as a result of your cancellation, taking account of our ability to reduce those losses, for example by reselling your place.
We will not seek to impose an excessive cancellation charge or retain sums to which we are not legally entitled.
Where we are able to resell a cancelled place, this may affect the amount that we reasonably need to retain.
You may wish to obtain suitable travel or cancellation insurance when booking a retreat.
17. Statutory cooling-off rights for dated events and retreats
Certain contracts involving accommodation, catering or leisure activities that are provided on a specific date or during a specific period may be excluded from the standard statutory 14-day cooling-off right.
Where this applies to a TNI retreat or event, we will make this clear as part of the booking information.
Any contractual cancellation rights we choose to provide will continue to apply.
18. Cancellation or significant changes by TNI
Occasionally circumstances outside our reasonable control may require us to change or cancel a retreat, event, programme or service.
Where we make a significant change, we will tell affected customers as soon as reasonably practical.
Depending upon the circumstances, we may offer an appropriate alternative, transfer, credit or refund.
If we cancel an event or retreat entirely and do not provide a suitable alternative that you accept, we will refund amounts you have paid to us for the part of the service that we are unable to provide.
Unless required by law, we are not responsible for separate expenses you incur with third parties, such as independently arranged travel, accommodation or insurance. For this reason, we recommend that refundable arrangements or appropriate insurance are considered when attending an event or retreat.
19. Retreat accommodation and third-party suppliers
Some retreats may involve services provided by third parties, such as venues, accommodation providers, caterers, transport providers or activity providers.
Where those services form part of the package sold to you by TNI, we will explain what is included in your booking.
Where you enter into a separate contract directly with a third-party provider, their own terms and conditions will apply to that contract.
20. Package travel
Depending upon the combination of travel, accommodation and other services included in a particular retreat, additional legal protections under UK package travel legislation may apply.
Where a TNI retreat falls within those rules, any rights and obligations imposed by that legislation will apply in addition to these Terms and will take priority where required by law.
21. Participant conduct
We want TNI events, programmes and online spaces to be safe, respectful and constructive.
You must not behave in a way that:
- threatens, harasses or abuses another participant or member of staff;
- deliberately disrupts an event or session;
- discriminates against another person;
- infringes another person's privacy;
- unlawfully records or distributes private sessions or conversations; or
- creates a significant safety risk.
If behaviour is sufficiently serious, we may require you to leave an event, retreat or online programme.
Where practical and appropriate, we will normally explain the issue before taking action.
A participant removed because of serious misconduct may not be entitled to a refund for services already supplied or losses directly resulting from their conduct, subject always to applicable consumer law.
22. Retreat safety and participation
You are responsible for acting within your own abilities and limits when taking part in retreat activities.
You should tell us in advance about any accessibility requirements, dietary requirements or other practical matters that we reasonably need to know in order to provide the service you have booked.
If an activity is optional, you are free not to participate.
We may alter or cancel a particular activity where reasonably necessary for safety, weather, venue availability or circumstances outside our control.
23. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights in TNI's website, courses, videos, audio recordings, written material, graphics, branding and other original material belong to True Nature Insight Ltd or are used by us with permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of those intellectual property rights to you.
You may use our material for your personal use as permitted by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from discussing ideas or concepts you have learned through TNI in your own words.
24. Recordings of live sessions
We will tell you if an online or in-person session is intended to be recorded.
Where participants may be identifiable in a recording, we will handle recordings in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
You must not make your own audio, video or screen recording of a private TNI session unless we have expressly agreed to it.
25. Website availability
We aim to keep our website and online content reasonably available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Occasional interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failure, internet outages, platform failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where a significant failure prevents you from accessing something you have paid for, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative remedy.
26. Third-party websites and platforms
Our website may contain links to websites, applications or services operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for third-party content or for contracts you independently enter into with those organisations.
Where we use a third-party service to deliver part of a product you have purchased from us, this does not remove any responsibility that applicable consumer law places on TNI.
27. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy should be read alongside these Terms and explains how and why we collect, use and protect personal information.
Use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.
28. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so.
In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
Our products and services are primarily supplied to consumers for personal use. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we are not responsible for business losses including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings arising from use of a consumer product.
29. Events outside our reasonable control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control.
Examples may include severe weather, natural disasters, serious transport disruption, venue closure, widespread telecommunications failure, government restrictions or other comparable events.
Where such circumstances affect something you have purchased, we will act reasonably and will tell you about any significant impact as soon as practical.
This section does not remove any statutory rights you may have.
30. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first so that we have the opportunity to resolve the matter.

Email: connect@truenatureinsight.com
Please provide your name, details of your purchase and an explanation of the issue.
We will aim to respond within a reasonable period.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
31. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally, for example because our services change or because legal or regulatory requirements change.
The Terms applying to a particular purchase will normally be those in effect when you entered into the contract.
We will not retrospectively make a material change to an existing consumer contract simply by publishing revised Terms on our website.
32. If part of these Terms is unenforceable
If a court or other competent authority decides that part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
33. No waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
34. Third-party rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms do not give any person other than you and TNI the right to enforce them.
35. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will also retain any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you where you live.
Any dispute may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
