Groundworks is where the understanding introduced in Threshold gets room to breathe.
Over six weeks, you'll work through the TNI Protocol — Recognition, Understanding, Shift, Application — at a pace that respects real life. This isn't a course you squeeze in around your day. It's built to work quietly alongside it, so the insights have time to settle rather than being crammed in and forgotten.
Each week builds on what came before, moving you from noticing the patterns that have quietly run your life, to understanding where they actually come from, to experiencing what changes when you see through them, to living differently without having to force it. There's no technique to master and nothing to practise on a schedule. What you're working with is already inside you — Groundworks simply gives you the space and structure to see it.
Choose the audio version for a more self-guided pace, or the premium video version for the full experience — camera-led lessons, plus ongoing access to a private community of men doing the same work, with async voice guidance directly from TNI along the way.
By the end, most men don't describe it as having learned something new. They describe it as finally understanding something that was always true.

All three are priced at £47 and stand entirely on their own — a complete, self-contained introduction rather than a taster designed to sell you something bigger. Many people go further afterwards, but there's no pressure to. Each one is simply a clear, honest place to begin.
Flagship Programmes
Six-week journeys built around the TNI Protocol, for anyone ready to go deeper. Available in audio or premium video, each one gives the understanding room to settle and take hold in real life.
Groundworks, for men aged 30–50. She Begins Again, for women aged 30–50. Becoming, for anyone, of any age.
Audio versions are priced at £795, with a premium video version available at £1,495. The premium versions of She Begins Again and Becoming are currently in development — for now, Groundworks is available in both formats.
