Threshold, for men aged 30–50. She Begins Again: First Steps, for women aged 30–50. First Light, for anyone, of any age.
All three are priced at £47 and stand entirely on their own — a complete, self-contained introduction rather than a taster designed to sell you something bigger. Many people go further afterwards, but there's no pressure to. Each one is simply a clear, honest place to begin.
Flagship Programmes
Six-week journeys built around the TNI Protocol, for anyone ready to go deeper. Available in audio or premium video, each one gives the understanding room to settle and take hold in real life.
Groundworks, for men aged 30–50. She Begins Again, for women aged 30–50. Becoming, for anyone, of any age.
Audio versions are priced at £795, with a premium video version available at £1,495. The premium versions of She Begins Again and Becoming are currently in development — for now, Groundworks is available in both formats.
Specialist Courses
Focused support for specific moments — the particular struggles that deserve their own space and their own understanding. Shorter in length, but built with the same understanding that runs through everything else here.
At War With Yourself, a six-week course on the relationship with your body, priced at £95. Through Grief: When the Storm Settles, a four-week course for the early weeks after loss, priced at £47.
Both stand entirely on their own — there's no requirement to have taken anything else first, and no assumption about where you go next.
